Item Limited reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms and Conditions.
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
We respect your privacy and will not give your data to any third parties.
Once you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email.
All prices are retail prices in US Dollars. Shipping costs are not included.
Little Factory accepts major credit and debit cards, including among others Visa and MasterCard, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed by PayPal.
In the checkout you will be redirected to PayPal Express checkout page. After filling your information you will be redirected back to Little Factory to confirm your order. Please note that it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card.
Your order will be shipped from our office in Hong Kong within one week for in-stock items. Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you by email to confirm the delivery schedule.
Orders are sent via registered Air Mail from Hongkong Post. Shipping time varies according to regions. Orders to US or EU take around 7-10 days.
We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Please select the actual shipping country in the checkout page. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart. In case of return shipments, buyers are responsible for the re-shipment cost. The item will be shipped to the buyers again once payment for the shipping charges is cleared.
Customs Information for International Shipments
The total cost for the items you order includes shipping costs, but it does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government. As customs policies vary widely by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and are not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Please contact your local government or post office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We do not guarantee any package(s) from being lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. In the event your package(s) are either lost or delayed in transit by the shipping carrier we will attempt to track the package through the shipping carrier. A claim will then be filed by us with the shipping carrier for a credit refund. In the success of such a claim we will then issue a new product to be sent with a credit issued for shipping.
